Reduction gear failure and how to deal with it

II. Reducer noise

1、Serious gear wear caused by overloaded rotation, adjust to the appropriate load or replace the large-size reducer;

2、Bearing damage or excessive clearance, replace the bearing.

3、Foreign substance in the motor, remove the foreign substance; 

4、Insufficient or deteriorated lubricant, add appropriate lubricant according to the instructions.

5、Inappropriate connection between the output shaft and transmission device, adjust to the appropriate position.

6、Loose bolts, tighten the bolts.

7, poorly fixed transmission device, transmission device fixed.

III. reducer oil leakage

1、Oil seal damage, replace the oil seal.

2, too much oil, in accordance with the instructions to add the appropriate lubricant.

3、Bolt loosening, tighten the bolt; 

4, shell rupture, replace the shell.

IV. the reducer can not run normally

1、Overloaded operation, just adjust to the appropriate load

2、Punching the engine load is significant, replace the larger type reducer.

3、Motor damage or wiring error, repair the motor, correctly connect the wiring.

4、The power cord is loose, connect the power cord.

5、Single-phase starting capacitor is damaged, replace the capacitor.
