Structure and principle of high-power reducer:

Cycloid needle wheel reducer is a novel transmission device that applies the principle of planetary transmission and adopts cycloid needle gear meshing.All transmission devices of cycloid needle wheel reducer can be divided into three parts: input part, deceleration part, and output part.A double eccentric sleeve with a misalignment of 180° is installed on the input shaft, and two roller bearings called swivel arms are installed on the eccentric sleeve to form an H mechanism. The center hole of the two cycloid wheels is the raceway of the swivel arm bearing on the eccentric sleeve, and the cycloid wheel is engaged with a set of needle teeth arranged in an annular manner on the needle gear to form an internal meshing deceleration mechanism with a tooth difference of one tooth. (In order to reduce friction, in a reducer with a small speed ratio, the needle teeth are equipped with needle tooth sleeves).

When the input shaft rotates with an eccentric sleeve for a week, due to the characteristics of the tooth profile curve on the cycloid wheel and its restriction by the needle teeth on the needle gear, the movement of the cycloid wheel becomes a plane movement with both revolution and rotation. When the input shaft is rotating forward, the eccentric sleeve also rotates for a week, and the cycloid wheel turns a tooth in the opposite direction to obtain deceleration, and then with the help of the W output mechanism, the low-speed rotation movement of the cycloid wheel is transmitted to the output shaft through the pin shaft, thereby obtaining a lower output speed.

Performance characteristics:

1. Cycloid reducer has a large reduction ratio and high efficiency: the first-stage transmission reduction ratio is 9~87. the two-stage transmission reduction ratio is 121~5133. and the multi-stage combination can reach tens of thousands, and the needle and tooth meshing system has sleeve rolling friction, and there is no relative sliding on the meshing surface, so the first-stage deceleration efficiency is 94%.

2. The needle wheel reducer runs smoothly and has low noise: there are many tooth logarithms in contact at the same time during operation, the degree of overlap is large, the operation is stable, the overload capacity is strong, the vibration and noise are low, and the models of various specifications have low noise.

3. Reliable use and long life: Because the main parts are quenched with high-carbon alloy steel (HRC58-62) and then finely ground, the cycloid teeth are meshed with the needle tooth sleeve and transmitted to the needle teeth to form rolling friction. The friction coefficient is small, so that the meshing area has no relative sliding and minimal wear, so it is durable.

4. Compact structure and small size: compared with other reducers of the same power, the weight and volume are more than 1/3 smaller. Because it is a planetary drive, the input shaft and the output shaft are on the same axis to obtain the smallest possible size.
