2. Basic functions

Three, installation

1. A variety of installation methods can be selected according to practical requirements, and all six sides can be installed.；

2. The installation must be strong and reliable；

3. The working mechanisms of the prime mover and reducer must be carefully aligned, and the fault shall not be greater than the allowable compensation of the coupling used.；

4. After installation, rotate by hand, which must be flexible and free of stagnation.

Fourth, the use and exchange of smooth oil

1. When the worm gear reducer is used or exchanged for the first time, the smooth oil is exchanged after 150-400 hours of operation, and the future oil change cycle is less than or equal to 4000 hours.；

2. Check the amount and quality of the oil regularly, keep enough smooth oil, and exchange the oil mixed with impurities or impurities in time.；

3. The amount of oil injection must be requested according to the table. The oils of different trademarks are not allowed to be mixed, and the oils with the same trademarks and different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.；

4. The operating environment temperature of the reducer is -40°C~+40°C. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the smooth oil must be heated to above 0°C before starting or a smooth oil with a low freezing point should be selected.

5. Precautions

1. Do not hammer the reducer shell by gravity to prevent damage；

2. Regular maintenance and installation of roots, seals, drive shafts, etc. can be normal?；

3. If used normally, the maximum temperature of the smooth oil should be less than 85°C.When the oil temperature rises abnormally, abnormal noise and other phenomena occur, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. After the problem is found, the main engine can be used sustainably.；

4. The exchange of new spare parts must be formally used after running and loading experiments.
